Scope

This policy covers Drose Drone Services operations hosted on Gadly: quote requests, project communication, and handling of aerial imagery produced for clients. Free online tools on the main Gadly site are governed separately; see the Gadly privacy policy for browser tools, accounts, and cookies on those pages.

Data we collect

When you request a quote or contact us about a drone project, we process the information you provide—such as name, email, location, dates, and project details—only to respond, plan flights, and deliver agreed services. We do not use this information for unrelated marketing or profiling.

Aerial footage and project files

Photos, video, and related files captured during a mission are used to produce your deliverables. They are not published or shared with third parties without your agreement, except where required by law or to operate the service (for example secure storage or transfer to you). Retention periods can be agreed per project for sensitive sites.

Cookies and platform preferences

The Gadly platform may store minimal cookies or local preferences (such as theme or cookie consent) when you browse Drose pages. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for drone services by default.

Data retention

Contact and quote data are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, run the project, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Raw project files may be deleted after delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Your rights

You can request information about your data, ask for correction or deletion where applicable, and object to processing when the law allows. We review privacy requests as quickly as possible.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect project and contact data. No online system can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce unauthorized access and misuse.
