What services does Drose offer?

How do I request a quote?
Use our contact page and describe the location, date, type of work, and any deadlines. You can write by email, call us, or message us on WhatsApp. We will reply with scope, timing, and a tailored proposal.
How quickly can you deliver?
Turnaround depends on the job size and weather. Simple photo or video packages are often ready within a few days after the flight; larger mapping or inspection sets may take longer. We confirm timelines in the quote.
Operations and compliance
Are flights legal and insured?
Operations follow applicable local rules, airspace restrictions, and safety procedures. Flight planning includes risk assessment and permissions where required. Insurance details are provided on request for commercial clients.
What affects whether a flight can go ahead?
Weather, wind, visibility, temporary flight restrictions, and site access can postpone or reschedule a mission. If conditions are not safe or legal, we do not fly.
Deliverables and privacy
What will I receive after the flight?
Deliverables are agreed in advance—typically edited photos, video clips, or overview files suitable for reports and marketing. Format and resolution depend on the package you choose.
How is my footage handled?
Project files are used only to produce your deliverables and are not published without your permission. For sensitive sites, we can discuss retention and sharing limits in the quote.

What is the relationship between Drose and Gadly?
Drose Drone Services is the aerial imaging brand. It shares the same website platform as Gadly, but quotes, contact, and drone work are handled by Drose and stay separate from Gadly’s free online tools.
